This article explains how the active filter works on the performance table. We hide paused ads, but they can be toggled on via the filter.

By default, the performance page on Sirge only shows active campaigns. If you want to view campaigns that are not currently active, you will need to toggle the filter off. Here's how:

  1. Go to the performance page on Sirge.

  2. Locate the filter dropdown menu at the top of the chart.

  3. Click on the dropdown menu to reveal the filter options.

  4. Find the "Active Campaigns" filter and toggle it off.

  5. The page will refresh, and you should now see both active and inactive campaigns.

Please note that if you leave the performance page and come back later, the filter will be set back to the default "Active Campaigns" option. So if you want to view inactive campaigns again, you will need to toggle the filter off again.

We hope this helps you navigate the performance page on Sirge more easily. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
