This article contains definitions of metrics used on the Analytics Page

Widgets:

Total Sales: This is the total value of sales made through your Shopify store. This not include any manual sales processed by the merchant in the Shopify admin panel.

Average order value: This is the total sales divided by the number of orders to give you the average value of your order

Conversion Rate: This is the percentage of your Shopify store visitors that end up making a purchase. This information is not 100% accurate as visitors may use multiple devices to visit your Shopify store and there are very limited ways to connect the journey of these users.

Blended ROAS: This is the average of your Return On Ad Spend from Meta and TikTok.

Visits: This is the total number of visits from new and returning visitors in the given timeframe. To see a granular breakdown of this data, go to the Visitors Page and select the date range you would like to review.

Purchases: This is the total number of purchases made through your Shopify store

Top 5 Performing Product: This highlights the top 5 most sold products through your Shopify store.


Graph Widgets:

Customer Activity:This graph is designed to show the relationship between Clicks, Visits & Purchases. Generally this information is used to understand trends or bottlenecks in your customers journey to making a purchase.

Ad Spend vs. Sales: This graph is designed to show the relationship between your total ad spend across Meta and TikTok and your Total Sales. Generally this information is used to ensure that your ads are profitable.

Monthly Budget: This graph enables you to quickly track your monthly ad spend goal to ensure that you aren’t over or under spending on ads and can easily track your available budget for ads for the month. You can set the ideal ad spend budget for the month and Sirge will track your ad spend across Meta and TikTok.

ROAS Goal: This graph is designed to give you a quick look into which of your ad campaigns ad sets or ads are performing above or below your desired ROAS goal. You can set the ideal ROAS and Sirge will track the performance of all your campaigns, adsets and ads to ensure you’re aware which ads to scale and which ones to turn off. You can click through the graph to see the specific campaigns, ad sets and ads in the Performance page.

Creative Comparison: This tool enables you to compare the performance of specific ad creatives. The tool outlines the following information:

  • Status: Indicates whether the ad level is on or off

  • Total Amount Spent: Total amount spent on the creative

  • Total Conversion Value: Combined Value of all sales made through the creative

  • ROAS: total amount spent / total conversion value

  • Purchases: Total number of purchases that are attributed to the creative

  • Impact: Rating from 1 to 4 stars given based on ROAS
